We're hiring experienced M&R operator / screen printer to join our team.

If you're willing to relocate and want to work with a great company in an air conditioned facility, with state of the art M & R equipment then we will assist you in relocation and provide you with housing.

The ideal candidate for this position will understand all aspects of the screen printing process. Detail oriented person and if you have experience with embroidery a huge plus.

Responsibilities:
- maintain and able to setup 1-12 color design logos
- Operate M&R screen printing equipment
- Troubleshooting equipment and orders.
- Monitor print quality, mix inks
- Perform quality checks and photo proofs.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines

8-18 color sportsman, gauntlet and challenger presses. Digital Squeegee, fully automated screen department with over 3000 screens in production weekly. Tajima Embroidery Department. If you possess experience in embroidery that is a plus as well.
