Job Description
Wave Fashion is a women's retail clothing store located inside of Pennsquare mall, we are looking for sales associates to provide amazing customer service at our Oklahoma City branch. You will perform cash handling duties, To be successful in this role, you should have experience in customer service, or open to learn, you should be able to use your judgment when dealing with customers. Ultimately, you will ensure all customers are greeted, and helped.
Responsibilities
Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assess customers’ needs and try to help them find solutions to problems
- Follow and implement the company’s policies
- return clothing to its proper location
- Help other staff members when necessary
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $9.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
