Waukesha County is Hiring a Law Clerk Intern Near Waukesha, WI

Waukesha County Circuit Court Services is seeking applications for a summer/school year clerkship for the Civil Division. A Law Clerk Intern will work directly for an individual Judge in the Civil Division.Typical duties involve legal research and writing and will require candidates to possess excellent legal research and writing skills. During the academic year these positions entail a maximum of 16 hours/week. They may continue through the summer for a maximum of 32 hours/week. 
  1. Candidates must currently be attending law school. 
  2. Candidates with coursework in Law Review or Moot Court will be given preference.
Please complete the employment application in its entirety and supplement with a cover letter, resume, unofficial transcript and a writing sample not to exceed 12 pages.
