- Manage the subcontractors from construction start to construction finish.
- Take ownership of and ensure safety, scheduling and quality control on the job site.
- Support the project manager and foster accountability.
- Build morale of all project team members.
- Ability to provide technical construction direction to teams.
- Manage all risk exposures.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with all project stakeholders to the betterment of the industry and Watts Construction.
- Actively build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, designers, consultants, and the public.
- Maintain, track, and document project records in Procore.
- Professional, self-starting, organizational, productive, and energetic.
- 3 years as a supervisor overseeing commercial construction on the job site through subcontractor management, record keeping, problem-solving, safety adherence, quality control assurance, and schedule keeping.
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bonus but not required: College educated, extra certifications, leadership and community roles, personal and professional goals.
