Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in using power tools and working in the restoration industry.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and restore properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damage
- Utilize power tools to build and restore damaged areas
- Conduct carpet cleaning and mold remediation tasks

Requirements:
- Drivers License

- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in restoring properties
- Knowledge of aspects of cleaning
- Strong attention to detail and ability to clean and restore properties to high standards

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with power tools
- Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques
- Knowledge of mold remediation processes
- Familiarity with water damage restoration procedures
- Ability to build and restore damaged areas
