We're looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team of Front Desk Receptionists. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing effective customer service and a professional demeanor. Our Receptionists are responsible for answering incoming customer calls, monitoring the front desk and attending to any customer needs. They also help maintain company policies by checking for photo identification before processing payments and keeping track of all deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take their payments in person.
• Listen to and address customer questions upon intake of paperwork.
• Answer customer telephone calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Accurately input client data.
• Keep work area neat and well-organized.
• Filing.
• Be able to work independently.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Front desk - office: 3 years (Required)
