About the Role The Senior Maintenance Mechanic role at our Hannibal, MO location is a challenging opportunity for an individual interested in providing skilled general maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment and automated machinery. The Senior Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for duties related to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical tasks. Your Key Responsibilities Electrical troubleshooting, including PLCs and process controls and repair and installation of motor controls, fuses and circuit breakers, etc. Trouble shoot, repair and install simple machinery using air, hydraulics, motors, bearings, etc. Fabricate production equipment, fixtures, support frames, benches, shelving, etc. Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, write procedures and train others. Repair and installation of pipes and plumbing that carry gas, water, air or misc. hydraulic oils. Repair and installation of electrical wiring in facility for high & low voltage (includes computer & phone lines). Repair and improve facility buildings and grounds. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Preferred Two-year degree or Technical Certificate or related experience (3-5 years) High voltage electrical knowledge Forklift or scissor lift experience Desired Qualifications Ability to work independently
