About the RoleAs the Shift 2 Production Team Leader II, you will be responsible for leading team members at our World Class Manufacturing Center of Excellence in Winona, Minnesota. Your Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring areas are staffed accordingly, understands work flow and daily demandWorking with internal and external customers to meet quality guidelines and expectations by using RCCA - root cause corrective actionAssisting with determining scope, budget, and implementation timeframes of assigned projectsDeveloping strong relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignmentServing as a mentor and role model, identifies team member development needs and provides career coachingManaging time and attendanceCollaborating with senior manager and Human Resources on team staffing decisions and employee relationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree and/or related experience in manufacturing environment with leadership responsibilities (5-8 years) Project management experience Must be able to work off shift and Saturdays as requiredDesired QualificationsTechnical certification preferred Ability to effectively communicate with all levels including verbal, written and emailExperience working with and developing teamsClear understanding of “servant leadership” mentalityCoaching skills to develop team members in all aspects of manufacturing management
