About the RoleAs the Field Services Site Team Leader for our Ocotillo, AZ team you will find a challenging opportunity supporting our Field Services Team and Customers in the semiconductor industry. Your Key ResponsibilitiesManages and maintains the installation schedule, including regular review with the customer and Watlow management to ensure timely and efficient delivery of servicesCoordinates project activities from inception to completion with account management, order entry, human resource, planning, customer, procurement and engineering utilizing both Watlow and Customer systems.Directly responsible for installation technicians team production, schedule and efficiencyLinkage with customer and other trades to resolve obstruction issues and delays in scheduling.Revises installation schedules and priorities as result of an evolving project scheduleForecasts operational maintenance with increasing cost effectiveness with Regional Field Services ManagerReviews and analyzes installations, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications and operating or installation problemsResponsible for promoting a safety culture, ensuring that all safety requirements and training needs are met, managing safety incidents, compliance, and reporting both internally and to the customerOversees all aspects of managing the employees on the team, including: recruiting, training, coaching and developmentCollaborates with other corporate functions, including Finance, Safety, Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and improve efficiency Required Qualifications5 years’ experience managing a field service team of 20 team membersMust be in the Phoenix Area, or Ocotillo, AZField experience working in a Semiconductor Sub-FabProject Management experience (Lean or Greenfield a plus) OSHA 30 certificationIntermediate Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft ProductsIntermediate Proficiency in reading, writing, and analyzing blueprintsDemonstrated proficiency in managing customer relationships at multiple levels within the customer organization Desired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Construction Management Project Management Certification (PMP)SolidWorks ExperienceMBA is a plus
