Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the beverage warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, and facilitate with needs throughout the building, as they arise.
• Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals, while also tracking their overtime hours and paid time off.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and delivery, to ensure we are operating efficiently.
• Work with our forecasting department to help track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and delivery schedules.
• Check-in drivers at the end of their day, ensuring their inventory balances.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Management experience, with excellent communication skills
• Forklift & warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform warehouse duties accurately and safely.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, yet independent environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 25-45 pounds throughout the day.
