Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain a positive work environment

• Strategically assess and execute events centers setup needs based on the guest’s vision for both events and sports

• Collaborate with management in scheduling setup shifts to ensure smooth workflow

• Lead team members during shifts with clear and concise directions

• Able to adapt and be flexible with direction from guests' and coordinators

• Set and enforce quality and safety standards for guests, and team members

• Oversee and maintain excellent condition of all event center’s furniture and equipment, while tracking inventory of items

• Properly follow protocol for broken equipment and communicate with management on damaged items

• Work with designing platform to create layouts for all event center’s functions

• Learn and lead in setting of sports equipment

• Communicates with management and executive chef on beverage, buffet, or plated service needs for setup

• Follows setup checklists, banquet event order forms, and layouts to ensure all details of the event are thoughtfully setup.

• Attention to detail for multiple forms of dining

• Ability to confidently work with audio visual

• Facilitate audio visual test runs and event dry runs to ensure efficiency for day of event

• Responsible for keeping cleanly and refreshing function spaces and employee areas

• Support with event service when applicable

• Train new team members

• Perform other duties as assigned
