Waterville Elementary School is seeking paraprofessional candidates to work with students 1:1. Successful candidates will demonstrate flexibility, patience, compassion, positivity and have good communication skills. The primary function of this position is to support the students with access to academic content while creating meaningful relationships with peers. The right candidate will assist in creating an exciting, structured, and fun learning environment with clear and consistent expectations.
