Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Staff Nurse is responsible for the nursing care of patients as team leader, as well as the interpretation and implementation of physician-directed care. Ensures the needs of patients are meet. Consults with family members and other members of the healthcare team. May assume charge nurse duties when adequately prepared.
Minimum Qualifications:Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current NC or multistate RN licensure required.
BLS
Experience in Acute Care Behavioral Health preferred
