Position Summary:

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates activities necessary to achieve optimal resident outcomes. Provides care to residents from adults through geriatrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

*Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing

*Current PA registered nurse license that is active and in good standing

*CPR Certification

*Two years nursing experience preferred

*One year long term care experience preferred
