Full Time, Day Shift - 32 Hours per week
Patient Billing Specialist
Under the direction of the manager, supports the needs of patients by monitoring claims submission, insurance follow-up, and collection of accounts receivable. Will oversee claim submission process to appropriate insurance companies, electronically and manually.Prepare and send patient statements, communicating with patients regarding account questions.Is responsible for maintaining reconcilable accounts receivable system.Will be responsible for tracking the collection process; running aging reports; phone and other correspondence to facilitate and perform collection on accounts.

- Minimum education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
