Position Summary
Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Minimum Education
Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is required.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Certifications/License
Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire; ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate preferred
Minimum Work Experience
1 year of experience in a health care setting is preferred.
