Position Summary:

The licensed practical nurse performs those functions delegated and assigned by the registered professional
nurse or licensed physician. The licensed practical nurse is responsible for administering nursing care,
medications and assisting physicians with procedures and monitoring.

Training and Continued Education

Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees.

Minimum Education

• Graduation from a school of nursing in practical nursing required.
• Receipt of ATT letter required.

Required Licenses

• Must obtain LPN license within 120 days of receipt of ATT letter.
• BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• PALS preferred.
• ASLS preferred.
