WATERTOWN FAMILY DENTAL is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near WATERTOWN, MA

Dental Receptionist 

We are a small but busy patient-focused dental office in Watertown looking for a great receptionist. The position can be 20-35 hours per week, we’re flexible for the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Collect patient balances and submit insurance claims
  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain professional office and desk appearance 
  • Answer and screen phone calls
  • Organize and schedule patient appointments
  • Check and respond to emails and patient text messages
  • Create patient treatment plans

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an outstanding receptionist
  • Working knowledge of computers, spreadsheets and online documents
  • Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of insurance billing and claims
  • Bonus: having direct dental office experience
