Residential Project Manager

Watertight Roofing Services, LLC began in 2009 with a vision to bring quality-based roofing solutions to building owners, property managers, architects, and general contractors. We have since extended our services to include residential roofing, siding, window replacement, gutters, decks, and repairs. Our commitment and focus to provide a full and comprehensive roofing and exterior service gives our clients the ability to rely on us not only for replacements but also service, repairs, and maintenance.

Watertight Exteriors LLC is looking for the next project manager/inspector. We are looking for a very specific person to grow with us during this extraordinary growth in our residential division. Job duties consist of:

• Understanding of and use of Software (we utilize Acculynx)
• Overseeing residential repair and replacement projects
• Managing sub-contractors
• Communicating in a timely manner with clients
• Document and notify clients of findings during projects
• Daily project reporting
• Material delivery to job site as needed
• Complete quality control inspections during and at the end of each project
• Building relationships with sub-contractors and distributors
• Attending all required company meetings

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be comfortable climbing and walking a roof, including multi-story and steep slopes
• Proven 3-5 years of roofing and general residential construction knowledge/experience. May be in a related industry
• Excellent leadership, organizational, time-management skills
• Must be physically fit to set up and climb ladders regularly
• Knowledgeable with most types of residential roofing and exteriors
• Must be able to communicate and negotiate both verbally and in written form (In English)
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles
• Managerial experience over seeing projects
• Standard safety weather principals
• Familiarity with construction CRM software or willingness to learn
• Knowledgeable in MS & Google Suites
• Weather observation fundamentals
• Must have a valid drivers’ license
• Must pass background
• Must pass drug test
• Pay based on experience level
