Job Summary
Waterside Apartments in Bentonville is looking for a maintenance technician to support the Maintenance Manager in achieving income and occupancy goals by delivering an exceptional product and service on a consistent and timely basis. Your role includes maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community. You will foster an on-going positive relationship with residents and you must deliver exceptional customer service. We work hard, but have fun at work. Qualifications: Hands-on general apartment maintenance experience is required. Rotating on-call responsibility required. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
