We are a locally owned Bed & Breakfast that has been open since 2007 and are looking for a Lead Guest Services Representative and Two Guest Services Representatives

Summary:

Guest Services Representative, checks guests in and out of their rooms and ensures guests have a satisfying and enjoyable stay. The Lead GSR leads by example, provides leadership and help to all team members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations during shift
• Welcome guests, check them in, explain parking, amenities and local attractions
• Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner and report immediately to direct manager
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all guest rooms meet standards and helping with any special requests or needs a guest may have.
• Serve breakfast, Happy Hour, clear tables, plates and silverware, and maintain cleanliness in general.
• The Lead GSR keeps up with inventory, makes sure team members and the inn is always stocked on all necessary supplies.

Experience:

- Previous experience is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.

- Proficient in phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
