The Customer Service Representative manages the Front Desk as follows:

• Greets clients, providing a hospitable welcome.
• Assists clients with information, purchases, scheduling, questions or concerns.
• Keeps Front Desk neat, orderly and sanitized at all times.
• Works collaboratively with other team members and managers.

Skills and Qualifications necessary for success:

• Passionate, friendly, organized and dependable.
• Front Desk experience and solid customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills to easily build relationships, assess customer needs and recommend the best services.
• Knowledge of multi-line phone system, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
