Description

Join Waterford.org as a Curriculum Correlations Specialist and assist in the development process creating high-quality alignments ensuring that it matches the universal literacy curriculum developed for PreK-6 students. You'll correlate Waterford resources to state and national standards and identify areas of weakness.

Do you have expertise in literacy learning, classroom experience including supporting families and are a highly-skilled writer? Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining a library of correlation documentation (including playlists)
  • Collaborate across teams to support the development of content
  • Collaborate with teams to identify gaps and to align digital instruction with national and state standards
  • Complete special projects as needed/assigned
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Continuously champion, promote, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion through all related job functions
  • Collaborate on and contribute to organizational DEI efforts and goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education
  • 2 years of experience in an educational setting
  • Broad understanding of state standards
  • Experience aligning content to state standards
  • Experience with Excel and Google suite
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel for team meetings or presentations a few times per year
  • Preferred experience supporting documentation for sales, RFPs, or other grant approvals
  • Preferred familiarity with OneDrive, Jira, and Confluence

Working at Waterford.org

Waterford.org team members are located across the United States and primarily work from home. We anticipate paying between $65,000 - 75,000 for this full time position based on the education, experience and skill level of the individual we hire. In addition to your base salary Waterford has an annual bonus program. We offer a phenomenal benefits package that includes fully paid primary premiums for health insurance, dental insurance, basic life insurance, and disability insurance. New hires receive a one-time HSA contribution. Retirement contributions are matched up to 5% by the organization. Plus, a generous vacation, sick, and holiday offering.
