Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled travel Operating Room Circulating Registered Nurse (RN) to join our talented team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at WTCP, you will have the opportunity to contribute to patient care and improve their outcomes. • The location is in Globe, Arizona
• The working schedule for this role is Monday - Friday 3:30 pm; call is 10 days a month or less
• The duration is as a contactor for 13 weeks
• The anticipated start for this role is two weeks after an accepted offer
• Holiday requirements are as needed
• Guaranteed hours: 36
• The pay: $100.75 Hourly ($3,200.00 Taxable, $830.00 Stipend) = $4,030.00 Weekly = $16,120.00 Monthly Gross

Key Responsibilities:

• There are about 250 surgeries a month across 4 operating rooms
• The cases are ortho, general, eye, podiatry, genecology, pain, urology, neurosurgery, hand; some include utilizing Davinci robot
• Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions
• Administering non-intravenous medications
• Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN state licensure
• 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the appropriate unit for this role
• BLS/BCLS certification
• Bachelor degree in nursing preferred
• Flue vaccine is required; there are no exceptions
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff
• Basic computer skills
• Professional, friendly attitude
