We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our talented team. • The location is in Wenatchee, WA
• The working schedule for this role is 12 hour Evenings/Nights 7:00 pm - 7:30 am
• Will float to SOU and PCU after orientation
• The duration is as a contactor for 13 weeks
• The anticipated start for this role is two weeks after an accepted offer
• No call or holiday requirements
• Guaranteed hours: 36
• EMR used: Epic
• The pay: $90.06 Hourly ($2,412.00 Taxable, $830.00 Stipend) = $3,242.00 Weekly = $12,968.00 Monthly Gross

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports
• Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions
• Recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions
• Administering non-intravenous medications
• Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members

Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN state licensure
• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in the appropriate unit for this role
• Med Surg with Medical Oncology training/experience required
• BLS/BCLS, ACLS certification
• Bachelor degree in nursing preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff
• Basic computer skills
• Professional, friendly attitude
