The On-Site Manager is the hub for the building, they are responsible for direct customer communication, leasing, inspections, and working together with the Maintenance Department and Property Managers. This position requires working in the building and living on-site. The job duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage phone calls and emails professionally and timely.
• Showing apartments to prospective tenants
• Leasing and tenant relations
• Conducting apartment and building inspections
• Assist in rent collections & administrative tasks
• Provide support to Property Managers
• Living on-site; available for on call matters (assist with lockouts, assessing and dispatching after hours maintenance emergencies, etc.)
• Sunday open house apartment showings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
