Water Studio (http://wstudio.com/) is a leading design, fabrication, and construction firm specializing in water features and fountains. We are currently seeking an exceptional Construction Technician & Installer to join our growing team. This is a full-time hourly position offering health benefits and a great opportunity for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• General plumbing of water features in our shop in Culver City and at various job sites.
• Installation of water features and related equipment at site.
• On-site servicing and repairs of water features after training.
• General assembly and testing of water features in our fabrication facility in Culver City.
• Build wood crates and assist with packing.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordination with other installers and fabricators.
• Assist with purchasing and pickups/deliveries of materials and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in general construction and/or plumbing.
• Able to read and understand drawings and plans.
• Experience with basic carpentry and woodworking.
• Must be able to work in our shop in Culver City and at various sites in LA area.
• Must be a quick learner and have good communication skills.
• A team player who is positive and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in using various hand/power tools and general measuring tools.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks on a consistent basis.
• Must have clean driving record with a valid CA driver's license.
• Must have excellent references and able to pass background checks.
• Team leadership and management experience preferred.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
