Water and Land Solutions, LLC is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Raleigh, NC

The Operations Coordinator role at Water & Land Solutions (WLS) includes developing and implementing day-to-day systems to support the company’s overall goals and objectives and improve the efficiency of business functions across WLS locations and departments. The Business Operations Coordinator acts as a liaison between the WLS Regional Operations Manager and staff to communicate the company’s processes and progress toward goals. Our OC is responsible for assisting with managing daily business activities and administrative tasks in our Raleigh office and supporting event planning activities in our Sothern region.

The OC oversees the front office's general operations and ensures that logistical needs are met under the direction of the Regional Operations Manager.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with processing expense reports in Expensify and manage approved reports process.
  • Track vehicle mileage and maintenance
  • Assemble new hire welcome merchandise and materials
  • Schedule company meetings and assist with coordinating company events
  • Receive and ship packages
  • Breakroom management
  • Safety Ambassador for Raleigh office
  • Backup for Quarterly and Management meeting hosting
  • Contact for Property Manager, building maintenance, and janitorial vendors
  • Local administrative contact and assistant for Regional Operations manager
  • Assist Raleigh VP, GM, employees, and WLS President with administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidates

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Marketing and design experience preferred
  • Experience developing procedures and monitoring a budget
  • Experience working with event-related equipment (audio, lighting, video, etc.).

Pay: $19.42 - $24.00 per hour
