At Watchmen Solutions, our security personnel are responsible for providing customer-focused services for our industry partners as well as maintaining the safety of our facilities and efficiently complying with operational procedures. Job Duties:

• Have a positive mental attitude
• Respond and investigate appropriately to situations reported
• Maintain situational awareness
• Be customer service oriented
• Observe and report suspicious activity or maintainenece related issues.

Requirements - Qualified Candidates MUST meet the following requirements:

• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to pass a Drug Test and Background Check
• Be fluent in English (read, write and speak)
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Pass a physical fitness test
