Watchmen Security Services is Hiring a Project Coordinator Near Raytown, MO
- Coordinating the Installation Schedule with Clients, Subcontractors, and Field Technicians
- Ordering and Staging Equipment (may need to lift up to 25 lbs)
- Ensuring our clients are communicated with early and often about their installations via phone and email
- Collaborating with a team on large and small projects
- Billing and Receiving Invoices for Completed Installations
- Driving project stakeholders toward a successful installation
- Highly engaging office space similar to an NBC mockumentary.
- Strong, Positive, People-Centric Culture
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- 1 years of experience in one of the following roles is preferred:
- Project Manager
- Assistant Project Manager
- Dispatcher
- Customer Service
- 1 years of Field Technician or Construction experience would be valuable
- Ability to learn company software quickly
- Effective communication skills with the ability to listen and understand instructions
