We are a local self-storage facility operator that is state-of-the-art, safe, clean and an exciting place to work. We are seeking the right self-storage-relief person to fill our relief management duties at our location in Dothan, Alabama. We are looking for Friday hours, 9:00-5:00 pm to be worked in the office. The person we select will be paid an hourly rate for his/her work. If managing a storage facility and maintaining the curb appeal and upkeep sounds boring and laborious to you, please do not apply. We are looking for somebody who needs part-time work (8 hours weekly), who understands people and enjoys working with them as 80% or more of your job will be working with customers, prospective customers, and various community figures and contractors. We are also looking for someone that isn't afraid to work outside and be in charge of landscaping at both properties. We do not require that you have a college degree or any experience in the self-storage industry. We want you to be:

It does help if you have a background in customer service and office management. You need to be computer literate, able to send emails and attach documents and quick to learn our computer storage software (Sitelink). It's important that the applicant can perform basic property maintenance, keeping the grounds and facility clean and the office organized and tidy. Also, willing and able to implement marketing strategies, and be very willing to make collections calls.
