We are seeking a reliable and diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and ensure accuracy of items received
• Unload trucks and inspect goods for defects or damages
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items according to packing slips or work orders
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and efficient warehouse operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
