GTB Yacht Sales is looking for full-time and part-time yacht brokers in all parts of the country. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, have a positive attitude, and have a strong work ethic. This candidate should enjoy working with people and pride themselves on being professional with good communication skills. Selling requires solving problems by thinking creatively to ensure the client’s needs are met first. Your income is strictly commission-based, with unlimited potential.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and cultivate relationships with clients.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
• List and promote boats for sale through various channels.
• Collaborate with yacht owners, buyers, and other industry professionals.
• Negotiates deals and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on boat specifications, features, and customization options.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and innovations in the boating industry.
• Attend industry events, boat shows, and networking functions to enhance business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the yacht or luxury industry.
• In-depth knowledge of vessels, their features, and market trends.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the legal aspects of yacht transactions is a plus.
• Yacht Salesperson License.
• Well-spoken, ethical, professional, and confident.
