Branch Manager - Ravenna, OH

Pay will be reviewed based on experience and background:
Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000

The Branch Manager interacts with customers and ensures that they have a positive experience when conducting business with the company at their individual location and the entire organization as a whole. The Branch Manager also is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the install site and supervises a team of direct and indirect employees and an office manager. They help secure sales by fielding inbound sales calls from current customers in the surrounding region and may meet face-to-face with them. Builds strong relationships with local core dealers and focuses on driving business through this dealer network in their sales territory. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Championing a safety-first culture
• Leading, coaching, and developing direct reports
• P&L management for the location, responsibility for measuring performance to annual budget.
• Monitoring purchasing costs, on material, tools and supplies
• Manage inventory levels and accuracy at the location, ensuring that materials to compete orders are on hand, sending replenishment orders to main manufacturing location.
• Ensures that our installations and repairs are done at the highest quality standards
• Field inbound telephone calls from current and potential customers to drive revenue through the location. Makes on-site visits to customer’s place of business when possible and as necessary.
• Takes product and service order information and determines charges based on a pre-determined pricing and discount structure.
• Interacting with corporate personnel, engineering, sales and customers
• Assuring that plant is complying with corporate processes, disciplines, and methodologies

Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required 

• Demonstrated P&L management required
• Demonstrated experience managing and leading a production, installation, or manufacturing team required
• Proven and verifiable ability to build teams and achieve goals by leading and motivating others required
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and function effectively in varied work environments.
• Must be able to speak, write and read English fluently
