**Collection Specialist**

**Requirements:**

• Demonstrate commitment to our company's Core Values: showing up, maintaining a positive attitude, effective communication, going the extra mile, and ensuring integrity in all actions
• Own a pickup truck and be willing to utilize it for trash collection (some positions do not require a truck)
• Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Currently employed full-time
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions
• Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs, navigate stairs, and walk distances
• Positive attitude is a must

**Responsibilities:**

• Arrive at the designated property by 8:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and work until 12:00 AM (midnight)
• Upon arrival, document the condition of dumpsters/compactors using our Service App
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned multi-family communities
• Additional duties may include maintaining cleanliness in common areas such as pool areas, mail rooms, and pet stations
• Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with your Work Log at the end of each shift
• Track and report any issues or concerns on your Work Log
