The Fleet Maintenance Clerk supports the maintenance team by ordering parts, maintaining maintenance system, part inventory levels and accuracy and processing reports for management. Job Duties: 1. Submits stock orders 2. Creates and processes purchase orders related to parts activities. 3. Organizes and maintains parts room and related areas. 4. Enters maintenance-related data into the system daily as needed. Verifies the information entered by mechanics. 5. Order parts that were requested from the night and day shifts with maintenance manager approval. 6. Maintains parts inventory including cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
