Waste Connections is looking for an experienced Scale House Attendant to join the team at our location in Charlotte, NC.

Previous waste experience would be a huge plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Excellent customer service
• Operate scales (weigh in/out)
• Maintain customer data base information
• Set up new customers
• Run daily and monthly reports and enter into Excel spreadsheet
• Run and review customer invoices
• Great communication skills
• Proficientcomputer skills (working knowledge of word and excel)
• Ability to work independently

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Must have flexible availability to include weekends.
