Groot Industries, a subsidiary of Waste Connections is currently hiring for a Laborer located at their recycling facility in Elk Grove Village, IL!

Hours are Monday through Friday 4am to 2:30pm and Saturday work is available from 4am to 12pm as well. Regular weekly overtime available after 40 hours.

Responsibilities Include:

oSorting recycled material onto different conveyor belts and moving material to the appropriate areas.

oMaintaining the cleanliness of the recycling area and yard outside.

oHelp maintain equipment such as baler and conveyor line.

oAssuming custodial duties as needed.

oOther manual labor that does not involvethe operation ofheavy equipment.

Requirements:

oAbility to perform minimal computer related tasks.

oMust be able to stand continually through entire shift.

oMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
