Waste Connections is Hiring a Buyback Equipment Operator Near Longview, WA
Waste Control, a Waste Connections company is looking to hire a full time, year-round Buyback Equipment Operator at our Transfer station in Longview, Washington.
Hours will be Saturday - Tuesday 7:00am-5:45Pm, with occasional overtime. The Starting rate of pay is $23.33/HR.It would be a benefit to have some front loader, excavator and forklift experience.This position is safety sensitive. What We Offer To You

- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

- Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work; heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.

- Ability to operate heavy equipment is required.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of light and heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and maintenance including tire pressure, checking oil and water levels.
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
