Alaska Waste , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a CDL Trainee to join our team in Anchorage, AK. We will train you and help you get your Class B CDL for free!

The schedule will be Monday Friday, 5 : 30am start times, 8 hours per day. Pay will be $19-23 per hour, depending on experience .

This is a labor-intensive position requiring regular heavy lifting.

We are looking for laborers who are interested in starting a driving career and grow, within the company.

Responsibilities Include :

• Cleaning equipment with pressure washer
• Picking up litter
• General site cleanup
• Container Assembly
• Other assigned laborer duties

Requirements :

• At least 2 years of work experience. Preferably in a labor / operator type position.
• Ability to safely use a pressure washer.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift.
• Clean driving record
