WashPros Express Car Wash is Hiring a Site Manager Near Baytown, TX

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our car wash operations. The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing all aspects of the business. This is a full-time position with excellent career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop, and retain an employee team that is friendly, energetic, and guest-focused while creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork
- Ensures team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by handling customer concerns, managing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Exceeds financial model forecasts by driving top line sales on unlimited memberships
- Monitor financial performance of the car wash facility including revenue, labor, expenses, and profit margins
- Collaborates with administrative team on administrative tasks, employee support, and membership and sales reporting
- Utilize and train team members to use point of sale systems, computers, and other software to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective business operations
- Maintain equipment by overseeing the mechanical operation and maintenance of the wash equipment
- Keep the wash tunnel walls and equipment clean by following a strict cleaning schedule

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is required
- Strong knowledge of management principles and practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is preferred
