REQUIRED CRITERIA:

• Knowledge of Child Nutrition Regulations
• Knowledge of Offer vs. Serve Regulations
• Knowledge of food production and kitchen equipment
• Ability to learn register duties and handling cash
• Ability to follow instructions and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation
• Ability to lift 30 pounds

PREFERRED CRITERIA:

• ServSafe Food Handler’s Certificate
• Knowledge of Point of Sale Systems
