Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing various technical tasks and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform outbound calling to schedule appointments and follow up with customers
- Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze technical issues
- Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on equipment or systems
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of all work performed
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Ability to analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions
- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
