The Information Technology Division (ITD) implements and supports technology that enables business operations in WSP Business Divisions. The Application Development Support Section (ADSS) develops and supports applications using technologies such as .NET, ServiceNow, and Reporting Tools.

Duties

This position is responsible for developing, testing, maintaining, and providing support for custom applications with business process management and dynamic data entry user interfaces for the agency. WSP staff information and application access is maintained by this position. In addition, this position does software installation, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting for customers

Our new teammate will be able to:

  • Provide system administration and primary customer support for employee related ServiceNow, Remedy, .NET, and other similar business applications.
  • Perform development testing on applications, forms, workflows, and reports to verify they function and meet requirements.
  • Provide operational administration of enterprise web applications.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience using MS Office skills, including MS Excel functions and Power Point layering and animation.
