Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ability to react quickly and calmly to emergency situations.
• Ability to communicate effectively and relay information concerning a resident's condition. 
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Takes an active role in resident assessment and care.
• Effectively utilizes leadership and supervisory skills in supervising and coordinating nursing personnel.
• Adhere to state, federal and corporate guidelines.
• Participates in the training and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Maintain accurate care records and documents pertinent data reflecting the use of the nursing process.
• Dispenses medication and performs treatments, as per physician’s order, and in accordance with policies, procedures, and licensure standard of practice.
• Ensures residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individual’s needs and rights.

(RN) Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice in Ohio.
• Valid CPR Certification
• Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination or exemption
