Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to clients to promote relaxation, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being. Your expertise in occupational health, acute pain management, and patient assessment will be essential in delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities: - Perform physical examinations and assess patients' needs and medical history - Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual conditions and goals - Administer various massage techniques such as trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and Swedish massage - Apply appropriate pressure and manipulate muscles and soft tissues to alleviate pain and tension - Educate patients on self-care techniques and exercises to enhance treatment outcomes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards during treatments Skills: - In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Proficient in assessing patients' conditions and tailoring treatments accordingly - Strong understanding of occupational health principles and practices - Skilled in providing acute pain management through massage therapy techniques - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients - Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records - Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care - Ability to adapt techniques based on individual patient needs If you are a dedicated Massage Therapist committed to providing exceptional patient service while promoting overall wellness, we would love to hear from you.
