Washington Health System is Hiring an Administrative Associate (Medical Receptionist) - WHS Family Medicine Residency Offices - NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS! Near Washington, PA
Responsibilities:
- Provides basic clerical support including answering phones, opening, and distributing mail, filing, and ordering supplies.
- Serves as a point of contact for internal and external customers on matters pertaining to the department.
- Maintains systems for tracking, monitoring, analyzing, reporting, or storing of business performance.
- Compiles data for routine reports.
Shift:Monday-Friday, daylight (8AM-4:30PM or 8:30-5:00PM). Rotating Tuesdays and Thursdays evening hours until 7PM. No weekends or holidays!
Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
