Major Duties: * Oversees the administration, management, and direction of the unit's psychological components in one of three regions (Northeast, Southeast, Western). * Conducts mental health assessments of employees in consideration for placement in covert assignments. * Develops and manages assigned nationwide psychological/operational programs that support the overall mission of the Bureau.
* Develops and delivers training requested by Bureau undercover components, interagency partners, and external agencies.. * Provides educational programs that teach and relate information about the safeguarding of employees engaged in high risk assignments and investigations. * Assists local law enforcement agencies in the development and implementation of their respective in-house undercover selection, Safeguard mental health assessments and program policies.
