DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the damage area for paint.
- Color match and mix paint.
- Refinish and blend, panels or entire vehicle.
- Complete all refinishing per the estimate or repair order.
GENERAL:
- Take instruction from, and answer to, the Body Shop Manager
- Maintain working area in clean/safe condition.
- Continuously strive to improve efficiency in S/he own work area and the overall operation and be willing to participate in shop meetings and training programs, which are sponsored by the company.
- Advise Manager immediately of any hidden or missed damage which does not appear on an estimate or repair order.
- Treat customer's cars with respect and keep clothes, tools, and equipment clean so that their vehicles do not become unduly soiled or damaged.
Maintain a good work attitude and cooperate with fellow employees
Applicants must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle record check.
