Position Description:
We are a fast-growing nationwide accounting firm seeking experienced Staff Accountants. The right candidate should be detailed oriented, have a strong work ethic, and strong technical skills. This position would be responsible for providing service to multiple companies operating in different types of industries. This role may also include mentoring other Staff Accountants.
Experience working with a team in a modern office is required. Must be tech-savvy and willing to invest time and energy into cultivating the best team, creating the best talent, developing the best accounting processes, and providing the best service to our clients.

This is a remote position so you will have a high level of autonomy to crush your goals. We have very clear expectations so you will know what is expected at all times.

The Washington Accounting Services in. was founded in an effort to offer accounting and thought leadership skills to small businesses. Washington Accounting Services icn. began after realizing the need for specialized skills with limited financial resources and increasing pressure to keep costs low. We started locally in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area and have now expanded nationwide. We continue to be a rapidly growing firm in the future and looking to add the best talent to our team. We want team members that are just as passionate about helping this population of accountants as we are.
